Lynette became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in multi-family property management. Lynette joined Marathon Management in 1992. Caroline has a B.S. in Accounting. She has 35 years of experience in property management, spending a decade overseeing large market-rate and tax-credit properties before moving to Managerial Accounting. Caroline has been with Marathon Management since 2000. Sherry is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with over 25 years of experience in multi-family property manager, overseeing a portfolio of apartments, townhomes and commercial properties. Sherry joined Marathon Management in 2001. Rachael has a B.S. in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Minnesota and is now pursuing her masters degree. She joined Marathon Management in 2009. Ashley holds a CRM designation (Certified Residential Manager) and guides multiple properties, the bulk of which are located in the west-Metro.
