► MARAEY comprises an extensive coastal strip of about 844 hectares, bounded north by a 12.5 km line of lagoon margin, south by a 8.5 km oceanic coastline, east by the existing coastal population of Marcia’s municipality, and west by the São Bento Canal, separating it from another inhabited strip in this coastline. ► MARAEY will have the best hotel offering managed by first class international brands with family, corporate, boutique and sports hotels; both on the beachfront, as immersed in the lush vegetation of the Atlantic Forest, or at the foot of the great Lagoa de Maricá.
