Working hand in hand with our growing customer base we continuously evolving the product on a weekly basis, because we recognise we need to move at the pace of our customers and quarterly roll outs don't meet people's needs. We want to re-define what rapid product development looks like. We're about to launch a research exercise to produce a White Paper on appraisals and developing talent to help inform employers on what better practice could look like.
