Maprima is an independent boutique firm with offices in The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. Fully licensed by the Dutch Central Bank and the Luxembourg OEC, we have been advising and servicing international clients and wealthy individuals & families since 1999. Our client portfolio consists of listed companies, private (family) businesses and investment funds (hedge funds, pension funds). With some clients we have developed decade-long relationships, whereas others only required support during their start-up stage or for specific projects. In our offices in Maastricht and Luxembourg a team of 30 legal and financial professionals work closely together with our clients and their families. Through the various service lines we have been assisting and coordinating clients in both a corporate as well as in a private setting. The common denominator is always to unburden our clients. Maprima is set up and is still managed by the current partners who are actively engaged in everyday client-service. The absence of overhead allows us to offer our services at competitive fees.
