While competing as a professional triathlete, Dan McDonnell battled ongoing digestive issues until he discovered maple. This simple, natural solution became the source of nutrition he relied on to perform without side effects. Together with runner and coach Ella Appleby, that personal breakthrough grew into something bigger.
