Built in 1910, the Maple Leaf Tavern is a North American Tavern located in East Toronto. Our goal is to recreate the look and feel of a true community Tavern. We focus our efforts on working with the best people and the best suppliers our city has to offer. Everything we offer from chops, steaks and fish made on our wood-burning grill to our elevated comfort food is made in house.
