Established in 1938 as the National Arborist Association, today's Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) is a trade association of more than 2,000 commercial tree care firms and affiliated companies. Our mission is to advance tree care businesses. TCIA develops safety and education programs, standards of tree care practice, and management information for arboriculture firms around the world. Produced by arborists, for arborists, and tested in the field, you can be confident that all training material is relevant and applicable. In addition to training, we provide continuing education, conferences and publications to promote the safe and appropriate practice of tree care. TCI Magazine is the most circulated and read publication in the industry; TCI EXPO is the world's largest tree care industry trade show and conference; and Winter Management Conference is the premiere business conference for the tree care industry.
