Maple Finance is a niche player in corporate finance. We are active in mid market M&A, financial strategy advisory and alternative financing, more specifically in structuring and financial advisory services related to Public Private Partnerships (PPP). As a PPP advisor, we have been involved in many large PPP projects, including road and railway infrastructure, prisons, sports halls, bus depots, rolling stock, datacenters, healthcare infrastructure and alternative energy (PV and CHP installations). These projects are often structured as a design, build, finance and maintain (DBFM) agreements and involve a multidisciplinary approach between financial ,technical and legal professionals.
