Maple Farm Information

Maple Farm offers an innovative approach to short- and long-term skilled nursing care in two warm and welcoming households on a 66-acre campus at 604 Oak Street in Akron, Pennsylvania. In 2009, when the property was acquired by Garden Spot Communities, it was fully modernized, with private rooms, private and semi-private baths, open country kitchens and other amenities. Maple Farm is honored to be a Garden Spot Community. Founded on faith in 1990, Garden Spot is a licensed, non-profit provider of innovative housing and lifestyle services that enrich the lives of older adults as an expression of Christ’s love.
