This helps us prepare you for your visit and streamline the new patient process. On your visit, we ask you to be prepared for either/and: Eye drops to dilate your eyes (bring sunglasses) A complete medical history (bring medications or list) Doctor-ordered diagnostic tests (fees may apply) Up to 2 hours for your entire visit Due to our unique offering of services, our schedule is pre-booked, and we ask that you allow for a 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your visit to avoid cancellation fees.
