Innovative Machining, LLC provides many services to its customers including: -Short run and prototype machining from very small parts to parts exceeding 20 feet and up to 40,000 pounds in a wide variety of materials; -Horizontal & Vertical CNC Machining -Palletized production machining to 78.8" cube -CNC turning up to 24" diameter x 80" long -Sawing -Waterjet cutting -Gundrilling -Welding -Sheet metal fabrication -Painting -Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies -Ability to read and write in many CAD formats. We are using Mastercam X6 CAD/CAM, AutoCad LT 2012, AutoCad Inventor LT 2012, and Solidworks 2016. -Able to interface CAD data with our CMM via PC-DMIS CAD.
