Mantis Ropeway Technologies Information

Mantis is a Zurich-based start-up in the computer vision field. We build AI-driven camera systems that enable ski resorts to run their chairlifts and gondolas autonomously. Through a set of cameras our software detects dangerous situations during loading and unloading of ropeways and stop them if required. This is more cost-effective and reliable than a human operator and mitigates the rising issue of staffing shortage.
