Manolas Brothers is fully licensed and offers a wide range of home made European style culinary delights, cakes, pastries and take home meals as well as a full a la carte breakfast & lunch menu seating up to 400 people per day. Our entire team of staff are well recognised for their bright personalities and their 'way' with our customers. They pride themselves on their appearance, their ability to remember our regulars by name and consistently deliver outstanding customer service. You must be available to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and some evenings. Currently, we are seeking an additional Barrista to make our famous Segafredo coffees in our busy café as well as take orders and ensure that our much loved customers are served in a speedy fashion.
