Mission Statement Mann's Locating Services prides itself in providing the highest quality of service and product by maintaining precision, accuracy, and efficiency. We truly enjoy providing the services and products that allow us to be a participant in improving not only the Thomasville, NC area but the state and nation as well. We look forward to see in ten or even fifty years from now a finished project that our services and products helped bring to life while also improving the quality of society and life from the start to present day. Mann's Locating Services looks forward to working together with you. Megan-President Megan and Nick joined forces in 2020 to start the Mann's Locating Services (MLS) company. Megan graduated from High Point University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Design. She currently designs whole house remodels and works with other construction professionals. She and Nick are excited to work with individuals, businesses and county and state governments to provide high level, professional and quality utility locating services for their home town of Thomasville, NC and beyond. She is a devoted step mother to two boys and a loving wife to Nick. In her spare time she creates and sells design elements for homes; mountain bikes and enjoys painting. Nick-CEO Nicholas (Nick) Mann began his career in the land surveying and civil engineering fields back in 2007. After serving in the Army for a little over three years, Nick decided to return to his hometown Thomasville, NC; as well as, the land surveying and engineering fields. For the past 5 years, Nick has been learning the trade and establishing the subsurface utility engineering department for a reputable civil engineering firm. Devoted father of two; Nick strives of excellence in all things and is proud and honored to co-own and co-operate this small family business.
