Caring Counseling and Wonderful Workshops We focus on a holistic approach to wellness and understand the important connection between mind and body. It is our intention to provide an informative, creative, and supportive environment for individual counseling, coaching, and advocacy as well as some innovative workshops that are not your average offering. Something on Your Mind? We offer caring professional counseling in a relationship of trust and respect to individual adults, teens, couples, and children. It is our wish to offer a supportive environment designed to facilitate healing in: relationship struggles, trauma, emotional stress, life transitions, personal growth, depression, anxiety, body image, addiction, interpersonal skills, grief and loss,and addiction aftercare. We have two fabulous locations in both Venice and South Sarasota.
