Mango is a South African low-cost airline that operates on all major domestic routes, flying between Johannesburg and Cape Town, Johannesburg and George, Bloemfontein and Cape Town, Durban and Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban as well as between secondary Gauteng airport Lanseria and Cape Town and Lanseria and Durban. Mango also launched its service between Johannesburg and Port Elizabeth. Mango's first flight departed on 15 November 2006, its launch sale being the largest e-commerce event in South African history at the time. Known for its innovative approach to aviation, Mango became the first African airline to offer Wi-Fi access on board with the G-Connect In-Flight Wi-Fi service.
