Since that time Mangieri Companies, Inc. has secured over $200 million of construction management service work. Pete is noted for bringing the construction management process and philosophy to central Illinois on a permanent basis since April of 1995. Others have brought the construction management process to this area, but no one has made the commitment to make the pure construction management process a permanent fixture in central Illinois as Pete has done. Currently Mangieri Companies, Inc. employs a combination of 14 full-time managers, site superintendents and support staff committed to customer service and quality.
