ABOUT: Originally from New Zealand, Amanda-Grace (Mandii) has been a full time practicing artist for over 20 years alongside Corporate positions in Advertising, Television, Telecommunications, Packaging, Retail, Commercial Property, Mechandising, Sales and Marketing and Management. In 2004 Amanda-Grace (Mandii) settled in London, working at Landmark Plc for 13 years until the company sold in 2017 whilst also working as a full time Artist with artworks in private and corporate collections internationally, with solo and group shows in the South Pacific, Europe and UAE. She curated the Landmark Art collection as the Executive Assistant, administering the UAL Degree Show Programme. In 2016 she was a finalist for New Zealander of the Year in the UK for her longstanding contribution of her own art based charity work. Amanda-Grace is still a practicing full time artist, and Co-Founder/Director of The Dragon Gallery - launching Jan 2019. ARTIST STATEMENT: Kiwi born, London-based Artist Mandii Pope has held exhibitions in NZ, Europe the UK and Middle East. Many works are held in private and commercial collections internationally. Mandii has completed 25 public art sculptures to date for various charities around the globe & Live Art with royalty for charity events. She was a finalist in the NZ Society UK New Zealander of the year 2016 for raising £100K for charity. Mandii also managed the Landmark Plc Art Collection and is now Director of The Dragon Gallery. Public Art includes: 26 Public Art Sculptures in the UK and New Zealand for numerous charities. Live Art: Buckingham Palace for the King Edward VII Hospital Sister Agnes, Painting Clarence House for Waitangi Day at NZ House (painted in part by HRH The Duchess of Cornwall).
