Formalised in January 2006, Mandela Bay Pictures is a closed corporation owned by founding member Mayenzeke Baza. Situated in Port Elizabeth, we are involved in facilitating the growth and development of the Eastern Cape's fledgling film and television industry which presents unique opportunities in training, skills development and job creation in arguably the poorest province in the country. Based on the belief that this province is brimming with locations and talent that present the national industry with a new frontier of production opportunities, we seek to exploit fresh creativity and modern technology to deliver cost effective product without sacrificing production quality and entertainment value.
