Mandel Group is one of Milwaukee's oldest and most active builders and managers of apartment communities in the area. We currently operate in 5 states, with our headquarters in the Historic Third Ward district of Milwaukee. At Mandel Group, we see ourselves not only as developers and managers of buildings, but as community builders and investors. Public parks, Riverwalk with access to the lakefront as well as providing retail space for shops and stores are just several of the ways we give back to the communities as we develop and plan new apartment buildings! Our green initiatives not only provide unique amenities to our residents, but give something back to the public and the environment.
