Mandala ITC is owned by Joe Mandala, who has worked for over 30 years in information technology, and for the last 20 in public safety. For many of those years, I have been engaged at the national level in helping to move public safety information technology forward. I have worked with all jurisdictional levels from small local agencies to international organizations, and with a broad array of public safety related domains including law enforcement, corrections, court systems, prosecution, communications, and others. I have worked closely both with public and private sector partners in these efforts.
