The mission of the Mandala Foundation is to strengthen humanitarian action through the psychosocial support of staff, projects and management systems. Our principal activity is to promote the prevention, mitigation and treatment of stress in humanitarian aid and development staff. The Mandala Foundation provides psychosocial support to aid agencies, aid workers and volunteers. Our work is designed to assist whole staff teams including international and national field workers and headquarter staff. We primarily support aid agencies in the Australia Asia Pacific region.
