Manch (meaning ‘platform’) is a social initiative of Deutsche Bank Group, in association with the Gender Cell of IIT Bombay and supported by the Finance Club of IIT Bombay. It is aimed at promoting learning and skill development required to build a successful career beyond campus, with a focus on promoting diversity and inclusion. Manch provides a platform for young minds via structured classroom workshops conducted by expert trainers, mentor interaction for both- project challenge and personal development, and finally, networking opportunities with Senior Leadership team in Deutsche Bank. Manch is also focused on the development of soft skills, building a personal brand, learning to work in diverse teams, and enhancing presentation skills; all of these through workshops by expert trainers and regular interaction with senior mentors from DB. Additionally, workshops on introductory concepts of finance and economics are also organized as part of the programme.
