Founded in 2006, Manaty is a software architecture, engineering and R&D company helping startups and established businesses design, build and transform complex software platforms. We work where technology has become a strategic constraint: legacy systems that are difficult to evolve, products that need to scale beyond their original use case, engineering organizations that need to deliver faster, or new ideas that require deep technical R&D. Our work covers: • Software architecture & legacy modernization — transforming rigid applications into modular, scalable platforms without disruptive big-bang rewrites • AI-native engineering — redesigning development workflows around LLMs and autonomous software agents • R&D & prototyping — exploring new technologies and turning research into production systems • Product engineering — web, mobile, backend and distributed platforms • Fractional / interim CTO support — architecture, organization, delivery and technical strategy • Venture building — taking technologies from internal R&D to products and, when relevant, independent ventures Over the years, Manaty has worked with large enterprises, telecom operators and startups in areas including telecom/BSS, billing and monetization, cyber intelligence, logistics, digital identity, distributed systems and AI. Several products and ventures originated from Manaty R&D, including the open-source Meveo platform that became OpenCell, Liquichain, and more recent work around AI agents and Git-native organizational knowledge. Today our teams combine senior architecture and product leadership with experienced distributed engineers. Manaty is accredited in France as a private R&D organization for CIR/CII activities.
