Managon's business idea is to deliver consultancy services based on a selection of the most popular HPE Software (formerly HP OpenView) management products in the marketplace. Managon has no own sales force, and therefore provides most of its business as a subcontractor, through HPE's (Hewlett-Packard Enterprises) channel partners in Sweden and the rest of Scandinavia. Managon also offers consultancy services direct to end customers, provided that this does not conflict with existing partner agreements. Managon has previously obtained the Hewlett-Packard Accredited Integration Specialist (AIS) certification, within both "BTO Network Services" and "BTO Systems and Servers". Managon has also obtained the HP Certified Instructor (HPCI) award. For many years Managon's consultant has even been hired as the instructor for the majority of HP's own NNM/NNMi and HPOM/Windows classes in Sweden and Norway.
