Managing Across Cultures has been helping foreign companies and global leaders since the 80s to enter India. It has been the first cross-cultural management training firm in India, since 1982, celebrating 30 years this years. In this time, we have helped 100s of leaders, Country Managers, CEOs of Companies, leading executives and their teams to enter and/or work with India. Our President, Dr. Zareen Karani Araoz, has been spending at least 3-5 months based in India, working with MNCs in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and other places, understanding and identifying their business challenges that are people and culture-related and helping them overcome them and aim for excellence with their Indian teams. For the past 25+ years, Dr. Araoz has also been a primary person called on by a range of multinationals, particularly IT and pharma firms, as well as financial institutions, to train Western teams, especially in the US and Europe, to work with India.
