Management Utilities is a company that dedicates simulations for educational purposes. The simulations are used both for an initial approach into the working environment for university students, as well as for managers of companies looking for personal development. Our history starts in 1991 when the first model was developed; the "Beer Game" was a general management Simulation built for a market leader in Europe. Since then, dozens of simulations, models and business games have been designed and used worldwide in a number of different realities (established companies, universities, academies, etc.). Behind the simulators there is a long experience of professionals who analyzed the original real situation, design the model behavior, develop software solutions to give to present and future managers the possibility to experience without any damage !
