"Management of the Future" is the annual conference, initiated by students with the support of Graduate School of Management administration. The ambitious goal of the conference is to create a platform for cooperation of leading Russian companies and the most talented students from all over the world who are interested in building their careers in Russia. It is successfully realised through Russian companies’ heads guest lectures, workshops, round tables, business games, job fair and the discussion for HR-managers. 2600 students from all corners of Russia and from the leading Russian Universities (St. Petersburg University, Moscow State University, Bauman Moscow State Technical University etc.) and the world-renowned business schools (HEC, London School of Economics, Yale, Columbia University, MSU, SPBU, Stockholm University, etc.) applied in 2015 to participate in the conference. All students have broken through complex selection process, including resume screening, logical and emotional testing outsourced to the independent provider and mini-case solving. Key speakers of the conference are: Sergey K. Dubinin, Chairman of the Supervisory Council, VTB Bank; Andrey L.
