Our Company Management and Executive Network, Inc. (ManEx) was incorporated in 1987 as a human resources management consulting company with executive search and selection as one of its major activities. At the time, ManEx was also engaged in providing strategic management services, as well as training and organization development interventions. In November 1995, ManEx spun off its training and consulting operations and forged a strategic alliance with Persona, USA by establishing Persona Philippines, Inc.—a training and organization development company. At the present time, ManEx is focused on executive search and behavioral assessment services. In 1995, ManEx established operations in Indonesia by partnering with a local conglomerate. The resulting company, PT Intermatrix Konsultindo (Intermatrix) is likewise engaged in executive search. In its ten years of operations, Intermatrix has serviced both local conglomerates and multinational companies in various industries. ManEx also maintains a correspondent relationship with an internationally-networked search consultant operating out of Hong Kong and servicing senior positions in Mainland China.
