Mammoth Information

Mammoth is South Africa's interoperable health infrastructure - connecting the clinical systems that already exist (providers, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals and medical schemes) to create unified, consent-governed care records. Today, medical information sits fragmented across the organisations that hold it. Decisions get made without the full picture, costs are duplicated and patients are kept on the sidelines of their own care. Mammoth connects the digital health systems that already exist without rip-and-replace to create a unified care record. The information is accessible at the point of care, governed by patient consent and built on global healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR). The organisations that hold patient data keep it. Patients control how their information is shared. Clinicians get the right information for the right patient at the right time. For hospitals, that means safer admissions and fewer duplicate tests. For medical schemes, faster claims, better risk visibility and more coordinated member care. For clinicians, less admin and better decisions at the point of care.
