Cafe Mambo first opened its doors in the bustling surfer town of Paia on the north shore of Maui in 2003 and has been busy serving up delicious food and aloha to locals and tourists ever since. The Maui Times readers have awarded Cafe Mambo Best Lunch and Best Burger and the cafe has maintained excellent ratings on Zagat, TripAdvisor and Yelp from the very beginning. In 2011, owners Jamie and Olga Betham opened Cafe Mambos second location in Westhampton Beach, New York with its own unique menu and style but with the same Hawaiian aloha that Cafe Mambo is famous for. Due to their great success and popularity, in 2014 they opened their third location on Main Street in Westhampton Beach. Mambo Kitchen's delicious menu features breakfast all day, along with sustainably raised beef burgers, hand-crafted salads, along with their famous savory and sweet crepes.
