A lifelong dream of mine, Mama Bear Digital is a groundbreaking agency. I founded this crazy but business-savvy model by seeing the tremendous growth over only two years by my mentee and one of my closest friends once she found her power and passion in tech. All agencies have associates, ours just happen to be mature, driven, hard-working, and deeply determined women making a career change or hoping to return to the workforce after a period of motherhood.
