Maltbys is a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company, who have been at the forefront of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession since 1929, when Alfred Maltby commenced his quantity surveying business in Auckland. Maltbys is currently run by three shareholder Directors, who together manage a professional staff of over thirty people through offices in Auckland, Wellington, Hamilton, Napier and Queenstown. In 2019 we celebrated 90 years in business. Achieving our goal of defining costs, managing risk and delivering results means having the right people. At Maltbys we have maintained for over 90 years people with the right experience, knowledge, attitude and approach to deliver accurate information and reliable advice. People who you can relate to.
