Maloof & Browne LLC is a New York-based firm which since 1993 has handled international and interstate litigation throughout the United States at the most sophisticated levels, with an emphasis on large, complex commercial transportation and insurance litigation. The name partners (one of whom is deceased) played roles in such headline making cases as the MV Elma Tres ship sinking/mass catastrophe and the Sompo train derailment litigations, up to the U.S. Supreme Court. Maloof & Browne LLC also hosts Cargo Convos, a monthly one-hour seminar and conversational series via Zoom on the first Tuesday of each month usually beginning at 11 AM ET (not including the months of June, July & August).
