Makes Sense! sensory gym and after school theraputic center is housed within the buildings of Sunshine Developmental School in Jamaica Queens NY. Because we are owned and operated by a team of therapists and educators, Makes Sense! offers a very unique sensory gym experience for children birth-12. Expert therapists develop plans in collaboration with educators, health care providers and families to produce real results that develop the whole child. We directly understand the crucial role that education plays in our children’s lives. A child’s school experiences have significant impacts on social skills, reasoning and problem solving, independence and opportunities for future success.
