Makerteers is Scotland's first fully-funded, six-month venture-building programme and community helping makers and product entrepreneurs move from Maybe to Market Running from September 2026 to March 2027, the launch programme combines practical workshops, useful tools, expert support and peer learning across four areas: - Building your Brand - Mindset Development - Scalable Manufacturing - AI-Enabled Operations We help makers reduce admin, improve production, strengthen their offers, build confidence and reach wider markets—without losing the craft, quality or character that makes their work distinctive. Our vision is a stronger Scottish economy powered by independent Makerprises: locally rooted, globally minded and collectively stronger. Initially funded by the Scottish Ecosystem Fund, Makerteers is co-founded by Ryder Meggitt, Dr Matt Benning and Leanne Anderson. Made locally. Sold globally. Make more. Together.
