Make Time is a daily framework that helps busy, distracted people take control of their energy and attention so they can actually make time for the things that matter to them. Created by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky, this simple structure is inspired by a decade of their own personal experiments, what they've learned from readers of our blog, and their experience developing the design sprint process. In 2018, they published Make Time: How to Focus on What Matters Every Day, a handbook for finding the time and energy to thrive in the 21st Century. Today, Make Time works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professional teams from world-leading companies to help them make better use of their time at work and become happier, more engaged humans.
