Make Strides is a learning and development business focused on building the essential skills that underpin strong performance at work. We work with organisations across sectors to develop capability from early careers through to leadership, helping people build confidence, communicate effectively, prioritise well, and lead with intent. Our programmes are practical and grounded in real operating environments. We understand that most organisations are working in conditions where time is limited, priorities compete, and performance matters. Development has to support delivery, not sit alongside it. Through structured programmes, leadership networks, and tailored development, we help individuals and teams strengthen the habits and judgement that drive better outcomes. Alongside this, we’re developing Strides Hub, an online suite of practical resources and toolkits designed to support leaders and teams in real time. Built around the situations people face every day at work, navigating difficult conversations, setting priorities, leading through uncertainty, and maintaining focus when pressure builds, Strides Hub provides clear, usable guidance that helps effort turn into progress. We are particularly committed to supporting young professionals at the start of their careers, ensuring they have access to high-quality development and a strong foundation for long-term success.
