MakeHerFuture (MHF) is a Swiss social impact association operating as a data-driven B2B talent supply chain. We bridge the AI and automation skills gap by training untapped talent from the informal workforce that traditional recruitment channels never reach, and connecting them directly into corporate value chains. We operate at the intersection of social impact, human capital strategy, and corporate value chain resilience, working with companies that are serious about talent, supply chain sustainability, and what it means to lead with purpose. Our launchpad, ValentIA in Mexico City, delivers Microsoft and CONOCER government certifications in AI literacy, logistics, and service centre competencies through a digital learning experience that uses AI for real-time data insights. Our impact is tracked and validated through a research partnership with the Centre for Philanthropy Studies, University of Basel.
