MAK Development Group (MAK) is an experienced real estate development and brokerage firm based in Houston, Texas specializing in the acquisition and development of residential and mixed use properties. MAK provides expertise in land development including Due Diligence, Entitlement, Conceptual Design, Platting, Development and Construction, Project Management, and Project Financial Modeling. MAK is also licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and can assist in the acquisition and disposition or real property assets. Additionally, MAK provides management and fee development of real estate projects to serve owners, investors, and lenders that do not have the capabilities or staff to manage and develop their respective projects.
