MAK Consulting Solutions Information

MAK Consulting Solutions is a General Counsel consultation service. We provide quality legal and strategic solutions to companies that have a need for an "In-House" General Counsel but do not require the services of a full time employee. Matthew Kepke has been a practicing attorney since 2001. He served as General Counsel for each of Argyle Security, Inc. (San Antonio, TX) and Precision Valve Corporation (Greenville, SC), both industry leaders, for the past ten years. He has also provided legal solutions to a number of companies who have had a need for legal advice without the need for a full-time General Counsel or the need to engage a full-service law firm. After more than 15 years providing legal and strategic solutions to several companies, Matthew has formed MAK Consulting Solutions to provide legal, fiduciary and strategic solutions to small and mid-sized companies which desire quality legal work along with a partner with whom a company can rely upon to help it grow and tackle all issues that arise. Along with extensive corporate law, governance, securities, mergers and aquisitions and corporate finance experience, Matthew has spent more than ten years in the construction industry and more than five in the manufacturing industry, working with companies in the United States and globally on all legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation and dispute resolution, commercial transactions, debt and equity transactions and restructuring strategy for both public and privately-held companies. Matthew has served as an elected Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North, NY since 2014, as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Port Washington Children's Center since 2017 and a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Port Jewish Center since 2018. Matthew enjoys running, coaching his children's athletic teams, live music, spending time at the beach, photography and reading.
