Our aim is to provide innovative, economic and ecologically sustainable building solutions. MAJ Consulting Pty Ltd, (MAJCON) is a consulting firm of structural, civil engineers and Project Managers offering a diverse range of consultancy work in design, supervision and management of construction projects. MAJCON's team has been responsible for projects ranging from luxury housing to commercial developments. We are currently working on a variety of projects between the value of $200K and $25M. MAJCON's Principal, Michael Jaroszewicz, is President of the Association of Consulting Structural Engineers. Engineering disciplines include: - Structural - Civil, including storm water drainage - Dilapidation and Condition Surveys - Diagnostic survey and repair specification - Project Management On projects including: - Commercial and retail developments - Heritage buildings and structures - Residential housing - medium rise units and luxury housing - Industrial warehouses and factory units - Hospitality and Sporting Facilities - Aged care accommodation Our past and current workload includes projects including commissions in Sydney and regional NSW for: - Australia Post - Brookfield Multiplex - Meriton Apartments (site inspections and dilapidation surveys) - NSW Department of Attorney General and Justice, Court repairs - Priority Sewerage Program Alliance, (Sydney Water) - Southern Cross Aged Care - Yum!
