Engagée depuis près de 15 ans dans une démarche de culture raisonnée de son vignoble, Bouchard Père & Fils a acquis en 2015 le niveau le plus exigeant de la certification environnementale des exploitations nommée "Haute Valeur Environnementale 3". Founded in 1731 and located in the Château de Beaune, Bouchard Père & Fils owns a prestigious estate in the Côte d'Or of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. Practicing « reasoned » (sustainable) growing in its vineyard for almost 15 years, Domaine Bouchard Père & Fils obtained in 2015 the highest level within the environemental certification named « High Evironmental Value 3 » for wine domains.
