Merlo Coffee began in Brisbane, Australia more than 30 years ago with a simple philosophy – freshly roasted coffee served by people who are passionate about coffee. Our philosophy has never changed. Today, Merlo is proud to be one of Australia’s leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters, supplying more than 1500 cafes and restaurants across Australia with freshly roasted coffee.

Nolan Hirte founded Proud Mary Coffee Roasters and Cafe in 2009 with the aim of connecting coffee producers directly with consumers. At Proud Mary, we innovate, educate and collaborate to provide solutions for our customers. PMCR is comprised of; - Proud Mary Coffee Roasters (wholesale) - Proud Mary Cafe - Aunty Peg's Brew Bar and Kitchen - Collingwood Coffee College
