Since 1895, three generations of winegrowers have succeeded one another with the same spirit of craftsman-winemaker. For the past 25 years, the 220-hectare estate has been entirely biodynamic. A pioneer in this field and considered a driving force in the French wine industry, Cazes bases its work on total harmony between the grape varieties, the climate, the fauna and flora and the people who work it. A historical reference thanks to its natural sweet wines matured over time in its century-old cellars, and present on the world's greatest starred tables. Cazes also produces great wines on several exceptional terroirs in Roussillon, whether in Maury, Latour de France, or on its famous Clos de Paulilles estate, a superb 90-hectare property in the Collioure appellation. Cazes also offers a warm welcome to its consumers from all over the world, with its two restaurants in Rivesaltes and Paulilles, "feet in the water", its prestigious guest rooms, and its shops where you can discover its great wines in a friendly and educational way.
