The Maine Center for Real Estate Studies was founded in September 2012. Having been in the real estate industry for over 30 years in management and training, and as a teacher of real estate prelicensing and continuing education courses, I had yet to find a school that offered truly engaging, interactive ways of educating Brokers and Sales Agents. So I wrote my own books for my courses, rich with case studies inspired by real "war stories" and anecdotes. My goal is to help students relate to real events that occur in the real estate industry rather than just memorizing terms. Experience in the industry combined with experience in teaching are what distinguish us from other schools.
