Our project started with the following observation: in many firms and organisations, dealing with the unreasonable amount of emails received every day is a tremendous waste of time for most of the employees. The main issue is that a large part of those emails was not even supposed to be sent to them. Thus, we established preventing people from miss-directing their emails in their own firm/organisation would allow them to save time, and therefore money. Our main objective is to help people chose the correct recipients for those intern- emails. Therefore, we imagined this solution: the users will pick the recipients through an stablishment plan of the firm (or organisation), where they will find the exact job and qualifications or each employee, and thus find the perfect recipient. We will also include a search bar so they can find it even faster and easier. Our product also feature an ergonomic modification interface, in case of departures or arrivals in the firm.
