Summit County Prosecutor’s Office 53 University Avenue Akron, Ohio 44308 Responsible for the prosecution of criminals charged with felony offenses and juvenile delinquents. Also responsible for enforcing child support orders and protecting neglected or abused children. Job duties include providing legal advice to Summit County Townships and governmental entities and representing the County of Summit and all County agencies. Office's 300 employees are assigned to the various divisions of the Summit County Prosecutor’s Office: Criminal Division, Civil Division, Juvenile Division, Appeals Division, Crime Victim Services Division, Tax Division and Child Support Enforcement Agency.
