Magic Rentals began as a private investment company that specialised in buying property, adding value through renovation and development, then selling at a profit. Thanks to our early roots as property investors, we really do understand what's important to property owners. The founder of Magic Rentals is Tim Ellis. As an owner of multiple properties he became fed up with the quality of service he received from the real estate industry. He could do things differently… and a lot better! So he started helping friends and family with managing their properties and from these small beginnings, the business has grown into what it is today. We're proud about doing things differently. Our staff are property investors too and we specialise in delighting our clients with a new level of service and professionalism.
