Magic Lab Information

Magic Lab is a picture post-production and VFX studio operating internationally with offices in Prague, Warsaw and Slovakia. We have 90 permanent staff. In visual effects, we are recognised for delivering VFX, complex CGI, FX and hyper-realistic matte paintings. Our studio is experienced in handling projects from the script stage to on-set supervision to final VFX delivery. We are also adept at working as one of several vendors. Our pipeline is based on ShotGrid, USD, Nuke, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Photoshop and Affinity. We are an HDR Dolby certified facility and run screening suites with DCI Standard projections. We currently have security checks from Disney, Paramount, Netflix and Amazon. We have experience managing the tax incentives process for eligible expenditures up to 35% cash rebate with minimum spend 50 000 USD starting in 2025 in the Czech Republic.
